Executive coaching
Success comes when people take action.

Teresa is a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation who engages with clients to take a close look at where they are, where they want to be and the actions it takes to get there.

Teresa creates the environment to have meaningful conversations and uses a wide variety of tools to get people talking authentically about what matters to them and how they can leverage values, strengths and creative power to map their course in service of their goals and the organization to which they contribute.

Why a coach?
Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires people to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Coaching provides an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their professional and personal lives. Coaching helps people improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives.

Teresa's scope of expertise allows her to listen, observe and customize her approach to individual client needs. She elicits solutions and strategies from the client and believes that each individual is naturally creative and resourceful. Teresa's job is to provide support and honest feedback that develops and enhances the skills and resources already present.

The coaching approach
The foundation is from the Alfred Adler coaching model. The process is:
• Issue identification
• Insight/analysis
• Review choices
• Commitment of go forward plan
• Action planning
• Accountability measures

The coaching meetings focus on how to achieve the goals identified by the coachee. Generally the initial coaching agreement is based on 10 sessions. Along with confidential conversations that follow the coaching model, the meetings may include sharing articles, models and exercises that help to tap into the coachee's strengths to support their development. Most sessions conclude with an inquiry or commitment to action on the coachee's part to keep them focused in between sessions.
