Building and maintaining successful team relationships is an ongoing process. It requires commitment, training and practice.

Whether the focus is creating vision and values for the organization, goal setting, communication skills or conflict resolution, Teresa offers a wide range of custom designed team building processes to meet the client’s needs and expectations, always creating an atmosphere conducive to team growth.

Team building sessions can be:
• A "one time" event
• A series of regularly scheduled events or meetings

The venues range from:
• An on-site dynamic meeting
• An off-site experiential event

Each session is highly interactive and energetic while vulnerability and self-esteem are respected.

Teresa is a certified practitioner of a host of personality and behavioural assessments and uses them so that teams gain a far greater knowledge of one another’s strengths and values that will positively impact overall performance.

Whether Teresa works with a team on her own or with a team of her associates, she seeks to design the offering specific to the goals driven by the needs of the team. The process used challenges current structures and belief systems which may exist below the surface, yet impacts the quality and productivity of the team. The stage of the team's evolution and business goals dictates the event, from "on-site think tank" sessions to "off-site let out some steam" events – the focus gets at what is important out in front as well as removing barriers to a team's effectiveness.
